Hey Bud.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the support bars. I had our local Ford dealership (Maplecrest Ford of Mendham) install them a few weeks ago when I received them and the car handles like a dream now. Seriously a night and day transformation! I also just received a call from the dealership asking where I bought the parts from because a tech at the dealership is in need of the bars and doesn’t want to pay the high amount Ford is asking. He said everyone in the service department was very impressed with the quality and build of the bars. I thought you’d like to hear some positive feedback on your product. 😊
Thank you again for making a more cost-effective solution and a quality product that truly performs perfectly to bring back life into our convertibles.
All the best! — Eric, Bridgewater, NJ

I received the rear supports. Now I’m going to give you something to talk about. I recently went through a divorce after 27 years of marriage. I am 46 years old, 4’11” 105 lbs. and raising two children with no support. Money of course is tight and finding anyone to do a job is merely impossible, no matter how much you pay them. I have been messed over one too many times paying someone and they don’t finish a job so I have learned to do a lot on my own. Note: before the divorce I had never so much as changed a light bulb. I watched your video on how to replace the supports and decided I was gonna give it try myself. I don’t have air tools so I did things the hard, old fashioned way but I am proud to say I did it. Then someone came behind and checked my work and I passed inspection. I know very little about vehicles so this was a challenge and it was not real easy getting those bolts out but I was determined. Thank you so much for the rear supports. My daughter now has her first car to safely drive.
Thank you again. –Michelle from Harlem, GA

Hi Bud, I’m glad to have found you.
My Dad bought his Mustang in 1969… a brand new fast back. I was only 5 years old at the time but I remember when he brought it home. It was the coolest car I ever saw. Little did I know that 10 years later, he would give it to me for my 15th birthday.
By then, the trunk and floor boards had rusted out, as well as many areas on the body. The rear differential had a bad slip and the steering had too much play in it. I was learning to do body work on other cars with my grandfather. This helped me bring that car back to life body wise and mechanically, and I drove it for about 6 six years. Eventually the frame rotted out completely, and I had to scrap it ,because I did not have the time or the finances to restore it.
That car left a lasting love of Mustangs with me…. especially the 60s mustangs. While I was disappointed in the American made rust bucket, I still had passion for that car.
In 2005, the retro 60’s Style was brought back to the Mustang (As well as the Charger, Challenger, and somewhat on the Camaro).
I had to have a Mustang again.
It wasn’t till 2013 that I got the opportunity. My wife and I drove past a house with a Candy Apple Red Convertible in the driveway with a for sale sign. My wife immediately got after that, and we bought the car a few days later. While it was only 4 years old, and only having about 25k miles on it, when I looked over the car, I noticed the undercarriage was starting to rust very bad ( The support bars especially). The body and most everything else was mint. I committed to fixing it back up to new, and not having to scrap another Mustang because of rust.
At 12 years old now, she is in fabulous condition.
I have enjoyed “playing” with it, but even more so in the last few years. I have added some interior and exterior styling, and I keep it washed and waxed constantly, and it never sees snow. She stays in my heated garage all winter, with an occasional drive when there is no snow or salt on the ground.
These bars are the final piece of the puzzle which for this car and me, we are fortunate that you have solved. These new bars should last a lifetime as your engineering of them is far superior to the originals.
I was perplexed because I wanted to order them from Ford, but probably if I did, they would have rusted out in 4 years. It’s awesome to connect with other Mustang fanatics and learn things like what you did here for all of us with this issue. I hope this business you created is a nice little side project for you.
I much appreciate what you have done and the great communication you have given to me. Thank you
